535 Spruce Street

Nestled between glam Pacific Heights and the Richmond district, Presidio Heights and adjacent Laurel Heights/Jordan Park are rare neighborhoods that combine convenience, luxury and family friendliness. Affluent by any measure, homes here are typically beautiful and well-maintained. An interesting mix of architectural styles include large and small single family homes, a few multi-unit buildings and condos.

In addition to the central location, many residents are drawn here for the neighborhood's proximity to the Presidio of San Francisco, with its golf course and club, offering nearly three square miles of green open space for recreational exploration. Julius Kahn Playground sits to the north of the neighborhood. Established in 1923 to serve military families living at the Presidio, today it has new playground equipment, basketball court, clubhouse and playing fields, making it a popular meeting spot for neighbors of all ages. When it comes time to run errands or venture out for a cup of coffee, Laurel Village on California Street is a charming and very convenient shopping center. Expect to dodge some strollers when you visit its array of shops, cafes, and grocery stores serving the area. Sacramento Street also offers small boutiques and neighborhood restaurants. Workout or attend lectures at SF JCCLaurel Hill Playground is just around the corner or take a dip, play ball at nearby Rossi Park.

Venture a bit farther west to take advantage of all the Inner Richmond's amenities, including delightfully diverse shopping and dining. Lake Street runs adjacent to the southern boundary of the Presidio from Presidio Heights to Sea Cliff and provides a long flat course with bike lanes all the way to Lincoln Park golf course, Palace of the Legion of Honor Museum and Lands End open space. Stop at Mountain Lake Park along the way to enjoy its 14 acre facility.

These are truly great neighborhoods with many amenties for everyone!
